What is the horsepower rating of e-Cars?

It varies. For instance, the Mercedes A Series e-Cell features an electric motor with a peak output of 70 kW (95 hp), and a maximum torque rating of 290 Nm.

The Renault Fluence Z.E. also peaks out at 70 kW (95 hp), but its maximum torque rating is slightly lower at 226 Nm. The Tesla Roadster is rated at 215 kW (288 hp), with a 370 Nm maximum torque value.
