What's the lifespan of a battery, and how much is a new battery?

Current e-Scooter batteries last for 600 to 1,000 charging cycles, which corresponds to 6,000 to 10,000 km.

This estimated lifespan can be affected by the battery type and by your driving style. Replacement batteries are relatively affordable - they currently sell for about € 300. However, it usually takes a long time to rack up 10,000 km on an e-Scooter! By that point, batteries will most likely have become much cheaper.
